Request follow-up

You may optionally leave an email address, phone number, or both with a product request. With your agreement, authorized Weedside staff may email or call you about that request. These details and the date of your consent are stored privately, never shown on customer cards, and kept until you ask for removal. They are not added to general marketing or automated text lists. Contact alerts@weedsideny.com to request removal. Providing these details does not subscribe you to automatic arrival emails.

Product email alerts

Product alerts are optional and for people 21 or older. Weedside uses the email address you provide only to confirm your signup and send one availability notice for the product you selected. This does not sign you up for general marketing.

What is saved

Your email address, the requested product, your consent and confirmation dates, and delivery status are stored privately for the alert. Customer cards never display your email. Requests and votes use a browser cookie; daily anti-abuse checks also use a temporary hash of your network address.

Email delivery

Messages are sent through Weedside’s Google mailbox. Google processes the recipient address and message to deliver the email. Only authorized site staff can manage sending. A message accepted by Google may still be delayed or filtered.

Remove an alert

Use the unsubscribe link in any alert email to delete that signup and its email address. Or contact alerts@weedsideny.com to request help. Sent signup records remain until removed so the same alert is not sent repeatedly. Unconfirmed links expire after 48 hours.
